Common Persuasion Tactics In Fraud
Back in February of 2009, the FTC held a fraud forum which covered quite a bit of interesting information. But one thing that stood out for me was The Undercover Audiotapes Project which consisted of analysis of 300 undercover fraud tapes completed by AARP and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation in 2006 which identified the most common persuasion tactics used by con men by scam type.

10 Dollar Click warning
My bets are that 10 Dollar Click will suffer the same fate that Lynndel Edgington predicted for PTVPartner here. Of course a lot of people got upset when we started saying that PTVPartner was a scam. And then many of those same people came back later and wondered what happened to their money.

The BBB has put out a warning about a company a website called News 6 Alerts which is an advertorial-style news site promoting a product called Home Income Profit System.
